RIDECARE Inc. offers SMS (text message) communications as an optional service to help keep you informed and connected. Please review the terms below to understand how we use SMS and what you can expect when opting in.

Your Consent

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Types of Messages We Send

If you opt in to SMS communication, you may receive text messages related to:

  • Appointment reminders

  • Meeting notifications

 

Example:
“RIDECARE - We have received your submission, someone will be in touch to confirm the request. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply. For assistance, text HELP or visit our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms and Condition.”

How Often You'll Hear from Us​

Message frequency may vary depending on the nature of your engagement with us. For example, you might receive one (1) to two (2) texts for each client you're working with each week.

Message and Data Rates​

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile service provider and plan. We recommend checking with your carrier if you have any questions about charges.

How to Opt In

You can opt in to SMS messaging when filling out either of the "request transportation" forms on our website. SMS participation is voluntary and not required to use our services.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS communication from us. To resume receiving messages, reply START.
